AHA Bike 100Miles Challenge:
Beautiful late afternoon to ride, mid 70s, cloud cover, no wind. I could have gone forever except for darkness setting in. Made 27.34 miles just the same. Had to cut my usual 1 mile cool down period around the house to stop my buddy, Zeus, a German Shepherd, from running after me, against his doctor’s advice. He has heart worm and is on treatment and is forbidden from running or too much exercise. Prone to heart failure. Poor guy.
