Speed is a βuse it or lose itβ skill! πββοΈπ¨ After just 5-7 days without sprinting, max velocity performance starts to decline. If you go over 14 days without sprinting at full effort, your nervous system loses efficiency, and those hard-earned speed gains fade fast. π¬
