Sweatbox Gym Visit our NEW location. We offer cardio/fitness bag-boxing classes for kids and adults, amateur boxing training for competitions & more

We offer several no-contact (heavy bag) boxing classes for children & adults. Kids learn discipline, skills and have fun in our no contact children's boxing program. For adults we have several no-contact boxing classes each week. If you like kickboxing, HIIT intervals or a fun workout class alternative, check it out. You can burn over 1000 calories in one hour. We also train amateur boxers for competition within USA boxing. You'll see boxers sparring, using the gym and supporting members.

As we close out 2025, we’re celebrating more than workouts — we’re celebrating community, growth, discipline, and second chances. Sweatbox Community Center has been a place where people show up, push through, and are reminded they’re not alone.

Sweatbox is more than a gym.

It’s a safe space for youth, offering boxing, fitness training, and mentorship that builds confidence, structure, and respect — inside and outside the ring. It’s a positive outlet that keeps kids active, focused, and surrounded by coaches who care.

It’s a community hub, where people of all ages come together to train, learn, and support one another. From first-time boxers to seasoned athletes, Sweatbox meets people where they are and helps them grow stronger — physically and mentally.

Sweatbox also promotes discipline, accountability, and leadership, teaching life skills that extend far beyond fitness. Every punch thrown, every round finished, and every goal reached helps shape stronger individuals and a stronger community.

As we head into 2026, we’re inviting you to be part of that impact.

Meet Corbin (9978): Ambitious, friendly, and energetic

Here at SHINE we are dedicated to using the power of social media to share Indiana children that are in need of a long-term FAMILY... please like, comment and SHARE our posts of their stories in effort to reach someone who doesn't know it yet- but they're heart has room to change a child's life for forever.

Jeffary, who prefers to go by Corbin, is a wonderful athlete who excels at just about everything he tries! He plays football, baseball, and basketball and is maybe even interested in trying a few more! He’s tried wrestling a little and really enjoyed it and also entered some shooting contests through 4-H where he won some ribbons which made him pretty proud. He’d like to use his skills to either join the army or maybe the police once he’s graduated so he can protect everybody!

When he’s not trying every sport out there, he enjoys playing video games with his buddies. There are so many fun games out there and he likes to try them all! His interests are all over the place and he’s even joined the school band where he’s learning how to play the trombone! He recently went to the movies and saw his first musical which he really loved!

Corbin would do well in either a one or two-parent home with at least one father figure to look up to, he would also love a forever family that came with older siblings he can learn from and model his behaviors after. He is very active and hopes for parents who can keep up and who want to do things together as a family. He would really appreciate parents who want to come to his sporting events to cheer him on and support him. He will thrive with parents who make him feel loved and supported and who celebrate his accomplishments.
