About Ceci: Ceci Spoonmore was trained & Licensed in

New York City at the Aveda Institute, graduating in 2004. Continued education courses include Benefit, FLUHME, M.A.C, Smashbox, Prescriptives, Make UP For Ever and Sephora. A makeup artist by trade, natural progression was to use her eye for shape in the upcoming brow business. She is a expertly trained microblading and brow artist, licensed and insured since 2017.
