AO Wellness Center would like to welcome Julie Adair-Smith, LMT to our team.

Julie Adair-Smith is a licensed massage therapist who has been practicing since earning her massage therapy degree from Harrison College in 2006. She has provided therapeutic massage in a variety of settings, including Health 1st Wellness Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, and A & B Adult Healthcare in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

With a deep interest in anatomy, body mechanics, and traditional healing practices, Julie is committed to ongoing professional development. She has completed additional training in Thai Table Massage, Stretching, and Spices for Natural Medicine, enhancing her ability to support clients through holistic, individualized care.

Julie is passionate about helping individuals feel their best and achieve their wellness goals. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and caring for animals.

After much reflection on the events of the past two months, Kitty has decided to pause floor yoga classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday throughout November and December. Classes will resume in January 2026.
