Turn Over a New Leaf will provide you with a comprehensive set of tools to help you improve your health.
This 5 week program covers a wide range of health topics such as nutrition & hydration, gut health, circadian rhythm, integrative health & chronic disease management, mind-body skills, movement, meditation and mental health strategies. A meal from Fresh Harvest will be provided at each session.
All sessions will take place at reThink, 1544 S. 13th Street Terre Haute IN. We are excited to partner with reThink on this class and thank them for their provision of the space for our class.
