Union Health Foundation Founded in 1985 as a 501(c)3, Union Health Foundation is dedicated to the advancement of healthcare services in the Wabash Valley.

Union Health Foundation provides funding for medical equipment, continuing education, patient assistance programs, healthcare services and community health initiatives. Pediatric therapy can cost $200 for just one 30-minute session — a price many families simply can’t afford, even when their child urgently needs care. 🗣️🧠🦶

Union Health Foundation created the Pediatric Therapy Patient Assistance Program — helping families so they are not turned away because of insurance denial or financial hardship.

A simple device can make a powerful difference. 💓🩺

Thanks to a grant from donors to the Union Health Foundation, over 175 blood pressure monitors have been given to patients with heart failure, hypertension, and other chronic conditions—helping them monitor their health safely at home.

One patient, J.V., an 82-year-old woman working closely with an RN Navigator shared, “I was able to get my medication adjusted and finally feel better. You put the care back in health care.”

For over 20 years, Dr. Reddy has exemplified compassionate, patient-centered care through Illiana Internal Medicine in Terre Haute. As a dedicated mentor, he has guided countless medical students and residents, welcomed new physicians into the community, and steadfastly ensured access to exceptional healthcare for his patients. His unwavering commitment beautifully reflects the values and legacy of Dr. Jack Weinbaum.
