We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and committed to enhancing the comfort and well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:
• Current CNA certification in good standing
• Experience in home health or long-term care preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
