We had the absolute pleasure of taking glamour shots with our friends at Country View Nursing and Rehabilitation and Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare. This would not have been possible with out the help of the staff of both facilities, our company for allowing us to put this event on, Hair by CeCe for donating her time to make sure everyone looked perfect and our photographer and friend Lavender Frame Photographer who donated her time and hard work making everything perfect!

Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervising staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Qualifications:
• Current CNA certification in good standing
• Experience in home health or long-term care preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
