My name is Beverly Smith Vaughn and I have been teaching yoga for over 25 years! I have a 500-hour yoga certification as well as a mindfulness certification. My class style is Mindfulness Flow which is similar to Vinyasa Flow in that I link movement with breath in fluid sequences. However, there is more emphasis on awareness (mindfulness) and more time at the start and end of the class to check in with ourselves. My classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. And, if you’re going through an illness, recovering from surgery, or living with a chronic condition, yoga can become an integral part of your treatment and potentially hasten healing.
