Today we are celebrating an incredible accomplishment for someone very special to our team! Congratulations to Britt Romagna on earning her PhD in Counseling Psychology. 🎓✨

For the past three years at Kiefer Counseling, Britt has brought compassion, intelligence, authenticity, and dedication to both her clients and our team. It has been such a privilege to learn from her, grow alongside her, and witness the unwavering commitment she has shown to her work and education.

What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that Britt accomplished this while navigating pregnancy, motherhood, and raising her son through his first year of life. Her resilience, determination, and ability to balance so many important roles have been truly inspiring to everyone around her.

We are unbelievably proud of her. Not only for earning this well deserved title, but for the kind of clinician, colleague, mother, and person she is every single day. Her passion for helping others and commitment to continued growth continue to make a meaningful impact on so many lives.
