There really is wisdom in simplicity ~ sometimes we overcomplicate things with the all or nothing mentality. More important than anything when it comes to change, is the ability to trust yourself.
 You build trust by keeping small promises you make to yourself, staying consistent with one or two small things daily. Self-doubt will gradually be replaced with self-confidence and you will inevitably start feeling better🩵
