Let's Talk Therapy Solutions, LLC Client-focused online therapy for individuals ages 16+. Flexible hours including weekends. My services will all be provided via telehealth, either zoom or phone.

I have a decades long history of working to support individuals and families dealing with addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, and life changes. I also have an extensive background as an elementary educator and coach. Employing a holistic and trauma-informed approach, I hope to empower clients in developing goals that reflect personal choice and foster positive change. On a personal note, I

have raised 7 children as part of a blended family and then as a single parent. Helping my young adult daughters navigate the challenges of our digital age while moving successfully towards their individual life plans has been a consistent focus. As a therapy participant myself, I always valued the "two heads are better than one" essence of the counseling relationship. I hope that, with both my professional and personal background, I can provide a safe place for you to share, feel supported, and find a path forward in whatever direction you choose.
