I DID IT! 🎉
I officially passed my Anchored Master Practitioner exams, and I’m now certified at the highest level in the Anchored framework!

This journey has been deep, transformational, and wildly expansive, not just in what I’ve learned, but in how I show up to support others through subconscious reprogramming, breathwork, and embodied change.

My brain is blown. My heart is full. And I feel lighter than I have in YEARS!

Today at our Master Practitioner Immersion (month 5 of this incredible journey that started in January!), I was the client instead of the practitioner. .clingan guided me through a Breakthrough Day that I’m still processing.

Here’s the messy, beautiful truth of what happened:

We untangled why I’ve spent decades trying to please everyone (thanks, childhood programming 🙃).

We cleared emotions I didn’t even realize were still stuck in my body—like that anger from when I was 8 and that shame from high school that I thought I was “so over.”

And that story that I’m “not good with money”? GONE. Completely reframed.

Not because we used positive affirmations, but because we went to the source—the moments my young self made those decisions about what money meant.

I literally feel like someone cleaned my internal windows—everything is BRIGHTER. Clearer. More ME.

Tomorrow I get to be the guide for Juliet, and I’m almost more excited for that than I was for my own breakthrough!

Close your eyes for a moment and step into your future...

It's exactly one year from today. You wake up with a sense of ease and confidence that once seemed elusive. As you reflect on the past year, you realize just how much has changed.

Remember those limiting beliefs that used to loop in your mind? They've been replaced by empowering truths that feel natural, not forced.

Remember how decisions used to paralyze you with "what-ifs"? Now you move forward with clarity, trusting both your intuition and your capability.

Remember that feeling of being "not enough" that colored so many of your interactions? It's been transformed into a deep knowing of your inherent worthiness.

The person you've become isn't someone different - it's the authentic you that was waiting underneath those layers of conditioning and doubt.

To bridge the gap between your current reality and this future vision, three essential mindset shifts needed to happen:

1. From "I'll be happy/confident/worthy when..." to "I choose to embody these qualities now"

2. From "My past experiences define what's possible" to "My past experiences prepared me for what's next"

3. From "Change should feel comfortable and linear" to "Transformation often feels uncomfortable and messy before it feels amazing"

This vision isn't just a pleasant daydream. I've witnessed dozens of clients make exactly these transformations when they addressed the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck.

The gap between who you are today and who you'll be a year from now isn't about learning more information or pushing yourself harder. It's about releasing the subconscious blocks that keep you playing small.
