I know there are many terrible things going on around the world. There may not be much we can do on an individual basis to quickly correct any of those situations, but we can control how we cope with the stress and aggravation. If you can get in with me, thorough bodywork is great for the body and mind. If you cant' book with me, I encourage you to find some way to help get through your day a little bit easier.

I decided early on to not use AI in my personal and business life. I understand it can be used to "create" some pretty cool outcomes, but I feel it is inauthentic and is very dangerous to our well-being both ecologically and mentally as the human species.
