DYK? When registering or purchasing onesies, convenience is as essential as comfort or cuteness. Think BLOW OUTS! The shoulder flaps on onesies, also called envelope or tulip shoulders, allow care givers to slide the dirty garment down over Baby’s legs instead of pulling it over their head. Unsnap the buttons and roll down. Ta-da! No 💩 ewww!

Somewhere along our way, we adopted the mindset that parenting is instinctual and that something must be wrong with us if we don’t automatically know what to do as new Parents. Tribe, parenting is learned. Also, it can be challenging (that’s nice talk for IT. IS. HARD.) In those registries/lists of diapers, swaddles, diapers, gadgets, diapers, cute outfits, diapers, etc., square away that trusted and knowledgeable Person/Persons who, at the drop of a hat, ensure you sleep, teach you about feeding/bathing/etc. your baby, and listen with wisdom and without judgement to all of your questions and feelings. Welcome to the world, Baby Boy C 💙

This sweet boy made his arrival on National Fruitcake Day, and his mama’s journey to meet him was nothing short of powerful. From the very beginning of pregnancy through labor and delivery, this mother chose every decision with intention—fully educated, deeply empowered, and completely supported. She trusted her body, advocated for herself and her baby, and moved through birth with incredible strength, stamina, and grace. This was a truly beautiful homebirth—powerful, intentional, and rooted in confidence. A reminder of what is possible when a mother is honored as the expert of her own body and given the space to birth on her own terms. Welcomed earthside healthy and strong at 7 lbs 14 oz, surrounded by love.
