Awaken Reiki and Energy Healing Every being has the innate ability to Heal What is Reiki? What to expect during a session? Every Reiki session is unique! Blankets and eye masks will be provided.

Reiki is a Japanese alternative medicine practice that involves gentle touch to promote relaxation, energy balance, and healing. During a session, you will lay on a massage table. It is your choice to listen to music or not - this time is for you! You may feel light pressure as the Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on your fully clothed body. Reiki is not a massage, but it is a deeply calming process - some people fall asleep, others relax into a prayerful or meditative state, and some may discover a fresh perspective on an old problem. Reiki energy is always gentle and healing, and there is no wrong way to experience it! Sessions are currently conducted from a private home in Texarkana. Expect about 50 minutes of hands on healing time, and plan for a little extra time for discussion afterwards. Bottled water will be provided after each session. Is Reiki religious? No. While Reiki can be a deeply spiritual experience, it is not a religious practice or affiliated with any religion. Reiki is for everyone! Is Reiki a medical practice? Reiki is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. However, Reiki is currently offered as a supplemental therapy in 800 hospitals across the United States. There are no contraindications to receiving Reiki. Services Offered:
