Hi this is Penny at h**pressthe candies work the same as the oil you don't eat the whole package you eat one in the morning and one at night that is the perfect dose that would be 50 mg. You're not going to get high. And it can take anywhere between four days to two weeks for the candies or the oils to kick in and then you start feeling a difference when it comes to your aches and pains.
