🙏 At Concho Hearts Hospice, we are honored to spend meaningful time with the residents at Avir at Citizens Trail through fellowship, encouragement, and Bible study with our Chaplain Carlos Trapp.
These moments of faith, reflection, laughter, and heartfelt conversation remind us how important spiritual connection and community truly are.
