IMPORTANT: 📣 Thank you so much for all the support, patience, and encouragement during our recent move. We hope you are enjoying the new building as much as we are!
We do want to bring attention to an issue that we are working to resolve. Unfortunately, we are having difficulty with the phone system sending some messages to an area that we are not able to access. We are not able to recover them at this point. We have seen comments about people leaving messages and not getting a call back. We have finally figured out what is happening and ARE working to resolve it! 🙌

Please note that we are attempting to get all of Dr Wests’ patients scheduled as they call. If you are a patient that was Dr. Wests and you would like to continue care, please call and speak with someone so we can get you taken care of. This also applies to new patients. There has been a larger call volume, but please keep calling! 😊
Our staff is working hard to get everyone taken care of. Again, thank you for trusting us to care for you!

We’ve MOVED!! 📣 All appointments starting tomorrow, March 5, 2026, will be at our new location, 2717 Summerhill Rd. Texarkana, TX 75503.
Our office number remains the same, 903-792-1404.
We have some more “finishing touches” to be done before the remodel is complete, but we hope you enjoy our new space. We appreciate our patients, staff, and all those who have helped make this move happen. We look forward to seeing you soon! 😊

The Women’s Specialists is excited to announce that Laura Jackson Wagner, FNP-C will be joining our clinic starting February 16, 2026 and is currently accepting new patients. 🩺
Laura has 9 years of nurse practitioner experience with the majority of those being in women’s health. She was a labor and delivery nurse for many years before going to NP school. She is married to her husband, Justin. She has 3 grown children and one grandson.

To our valued patients and community,

After careful consideration, I am announcing the upcoming closure of my OB/GYN practice, Kenneth W. West MD, PA. My last day of seeing patients will be January 23rd, 2026.

This bittersweet decision was made as I plan to pursue a new chapter. It has been the honor of my career to care for you and your families. Thank you for the incredible trust you’ve placed in me over the years. I will cherish the relationships we’ve built. My greatest priority now is ensuring you have a smooth transition to continued, excellent care.

Your medical records will be maintained at the Women’s Specialists.

If you are currently pregnant and will deliver after my departure, your prenatal care will be seamlessly continued at Women’s Specialists with my esteemed colleague Sudheer Jayaprabhu, MD.

You always have the choice to select your own provider. If you choose someone other than the practice named above, your new provider can request your records from the Women’s Specialists.

All scheduled appointments will be honored through January 23rd, 2026. Detailed information and a formal letter are being mailed to all active patients. Please check your mail in the coming days and review it carefully.
