It’s easy to say something quickly to our children when we are frustrated, annoyed, run down, or just tired of the crying and whining.

However, if we want them to grow to be humans who can manage their emotions or feel confident to have and process feelings, we must be careful with the phrases and tone we use during difficult moments.
