White Sign, based in Texarkana TX, is a well-established regional sign manufacturer, in business for nearly 50 years. We’re financially stable and growing, with work under contract through 2025. Hiring sign installers, multiple positions each, lead ($85K+), journeyman ($65K+), and apprentice ($40K+). Experience required for lead and journeyman positions. Solid benefits include health, life, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, a total of 15 days PTO after the first year, and more.

Flexible work schedule but travel is required, working primarily in Texas, Arkansas, Alabama, Louisiana, Florida, Missouri, & Georgia. Travel centers and convenience stores make up the majority of our work. We install what we build and rarely take on install work for other sign companies.

Additional positions open in operations management, sign manufacturing, project management, & sales at our manufacturing facility in Texarkana AR, and our offices in Texarkana TX. We plan to add at least 20 positions this year.

We have a well-maintained fleet of trucks, with four new Altec 60’ and 63’ trucks on order. Cranes up to 38 tons with 192’ of stick, along with digger derrick, and pressure drill trucks.

Sign pole installation outside of Louisville Kentucky, 4 days of drilling to make 27’ depth through limestone and one unmarked sewer line. Back in a few weeks to install a 700 square foot sign 125’ overall height. We do big work.
