This morning, as the sun came up over East Texas, we couldn’t help but think of that September morning 24 years ago when the world stopped turning.

September 11, 2001 changed us forever.
Not just as a country, but as people.

We are pausing to honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who showed us what true courage and bravery looks like.

Even in the face of evil, LOVE is stronger.

Yesterday’s tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk is a reminder that evil still exists, but also that we must keep choosing courage over fear, and love over hate.

At Heritage, we are proud to be part of a country that still stands. That still grieves. That still remembers. And that still chooses to rise, together.

We will never forget 💙

Mark has worn many hats at Heritage, most recently serving as our Director of Billing, where his dedication, consistency, and problem-solving have been invaluable. He demonstrates strong leadership, and a genuine desire to see both our employees and the company succeed.
