We ❤️ our UAMS team! We’ve spent the last couple of weeks recognizing staff through nurses week and employee appreciation week! Thank you to all those on the team that pitched in for the wonderful appreciation gestures AND thank you to all of our physicians, nurses, and staff that show up with kindness and compassion every day! UAMS is a better place because of YOU!

🌟 Proud Moment for Our Family Medicine Residency! 🌟

We were excited to participate in the UAMS Family Medicine Research Symposium, showcasing the hard work and dedication of our residents and faculty. Our program contributed two oral presentations and one poster, highlighting the meaningful research happening within our residency.

Thank you to everyone who supported our team and helped make this experience a success. We’re proud to represent our program and continue advancing Family Medicine through research and scholarship!

College students walked away with lots of information to decide their next steps as a health care professional at the Undergraduate Pre-Health Conference last Friday at UAMS Little Rock. Students heard from the five UAMS colleges and graduate school, plus tips from a 7-member UAMS student panel. One piece of advice from a second-year med school student was to have a compelling story for the interview so you can stand out from the crowd. Southern Arkansas University
