On this Memorial Day, we take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. We hold with gratitude the sacrifice they made, and we also hold space for the families who continue to carry their memory and loss.

Our admin staff will return on Tuesday. Clinical staff will be in the office for any previously scheduled appointments. 💚

Happy World Baking Day!
Baking is my favorite self-care: mixing flour, slowing down, and letting the kitchen become my safe space.
It’s not just about delicious treats—it’s about staying present and nourishing yourself.
Take a deep breath. Measure with intention. You deserve this sweetness. - Melissa 💚

Plot twist: the therapists might be having just as much fun in the playroom as the kids.
In honor of Children’s Mental Health Day, our play therapists are spilling the tea on their favorite toys—think tiny worlds in the sand tray, dramatic dinosaur showdowns, and puppets with way too much personality.

Teachers do so much more than go through a lesson plan. You notice the quiet students, stay late to prep ‘just one more’ activity, and keep showing up even on the really hard days. This Teacher Appreciation Week, everyone at Olive Tree Counseling wants you to know: we see the heart and effort you pour into your classrooms. Your work matters, and your wellbeing matters just as much. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or burned out, it’s okay to ask for support—counseling can be a place to lay some of that load down. 💚 🍎✏️📚
