We are starting the new year by hosting Customer Care Pop-Ups next week! Entergy Arkansas customers needing assistance applying for LIHEAP or questions about your bills will be able to find help during these customer care events. Come visit us at a location near you!

Bring the following for LIHEAP applications:
- ID
- Social Security card
- Proof of all income
- Copies of most recent electric bills
- Copy of lease agreement if you live in subsidized housing or your utilities are included in your rent
