Above All is a private care agency located in Texarkana, AR, and serving all of Miller County. We currently provide homemaker services to Arkansas Elderchoices recipients, though we are equipped to serve private pay patients as well. We also accept patients through the Alternatives for Adults with Physical Disabilities. This offers families an option to keep their loved one at home. If you have questions about our services or either or our programs*, please contact our office at 870-772-0798.

*Please note that any recipient that is approved for the ElderChoices program or Alternatives for Adults with Physical Disabilities is under absolutely no obligation to choose Above All as their provider, even if the recipient is assisted in the application process by a representative of Above All.
