Compass Collective Providing support for those in need of accessible and affordable mental health counseling. We believe mental wellness should be a right and not a privilege.

Compass Collective strives to provide affordable and accessible mental health services to our community. Our therapists work with a wide variety of mental health issues, populations, and ages. We take insurance and offer sliding scale fees. Book a free 15-minute consultation with one of our therapists to see if we're a good fit. If we're not, we will find someone who is.

Thank you so much to everyone who came and talked to us at the Ark-La-Tex Tattoo Expo! Our raffle ticket fundraiser made $370! We are going to make that into $450 to be donated to the winner’s choice of Harvest Texarkana. We love being able to give back to our community. Watch our page and website for other upcoming events.

We are so excited to be at th Ark-La-Tex Tattoo Expo today! We have cool giveaways, a free basket drawing to enter, and the most amazing raffle basket containing over $400 in items! Huge shout out to Nicki Spangler at Creative Soul Salon, Jesse Capps at That Vintage Vibe, Brandon at Pepperjack Glass, JJ Johnson, and Allan at Body of Art for their more than generous donations. Raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. All proceeds will go to one of the charities listed of the winners choosing.

So why on earth would a counseling office set up at a tattoo expo? There is an important link between body modification and mental health. Sometimes it’s part of a healing process in getting a memorial tattoo. Sometimes it’s taking back our body and covering up scars from surgeries or a history of self-injury. Sometimes it’s physical sensation providing an emotional release. And sometimes it’s self-expression that can help increase self-esteem and confidence. Either way, we are proud to have been given the opportunity to set up a booth at the upcoming Ark-La-Tex Tattoo Expo.
