It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Lupe. The Shoal family has suffered a tremendous loss, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

We were honored to celebrate her life surrounded by her family and friends, reflecting on the joy, kindness, and warmth she brought into so many lives.

We are forever grateful for who she was and the lasting impact she made here at The Shoal. She will always be a part of our story and our hearts.

We had a wonderful time celebrating Residents’ Christmas at The Shoal! Through the generous help and support of our community members, local churches, hospice and home health companies, and our dedicated staff, we were able to gift every single resident a Christmas present (and some received more than one!).

The residents enjoyed a festive party filled with delicious food, joyful Christmas melodies, and the excitement of opening their gifts. Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration so special and for putting such joyful smiles on our residents’ faces.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Texas City High School Choir — The Soundsations — to The Shoal for a Christmas concert. Our staff and residents were truly blown away by their incredible talent! Their performance brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces and filled our community with holiday cheer. 🎶🎄
