Hi everyone! I miss you all! I am working full time at a private school and I have no more time to meal prep. I am keeping my page up and it will now be DEE-DEE’S FIT NUTRITION. I plan to put information regarding nutrition and share healthy recipes (mostly healthy anyway)! I will answer questions regarding meal prep, recipes, and all things healthy. So I hope you will interact with my page and say hi and use the information I will provide.
