It helps us make space in our lives for the things that are truly important and to be present in those moments. I have been practicing yoga since 2005 and teaching since 2013. Yoga has the power to create positive transformation by bringing balance to our bodies and our lives. As I experienced the benefits of a regular practice, I found myself wanting to share yoga with others. In 2014, I began to

study with the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga through Yoga Village in Scottsdale, AZ. As of 2017, I have graduated with a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and I am registered with Yoga Alliance. Additionally, I have attended Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and a variety of workshops in order to refine my skills and knowledge. I teach both active and gentle classes with a strong focus on physical alignment. Yoga has helped me to create a life filled with profound peace, joy, and freedom and I am excited to share the benefits of this practice with my friends and community. I have created this page to provide information on yoga and encourage people in the Gila Valley to practice. Yoga helps to unite the mind, body, and spirit through the practice of physical poses, breathing exercises and meditation. Yoga increases general mobility, flexibility, and strength in the body. It improves posture and circulation and also decreases stress levels, combating depression. I am confident that the addition of a regular yoga practice will make a positive difference in your life.
