At The R.A.R.E. R.A.R.E. was recently established by a dynamic group of business professionals, concerned citizens, artists and community leaders.

Foundation, which stands for "Restoring America through Recovery Education," is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to giving every individual the opportunity to recover, improve, and thrive financially. stands for “Restoring America through Recovery Education”, and is the working name of Recovery Education Foundation, Inc., a New Jersey Not-For-Profit firm based in Bloomfield. The objective of R.A.R.E. is to assist everyday people with economic recover through education, mentoring and training. It is our sincere belief that as we assist regular individuals within a community, that they will in-turn be able and willing to assist their communities. This is a win-win with the political nonsense, real people making a real difference.

We’re proud to announce the return of “The Freedom 500”Program — a groundbreaking initiative led by The R.A.R.E. Foundation 501(c)3 in partnership with . This time, we’re going even bigger, preparing over 500 incarcerated individuals for successful reentry into society through the power of immersive education and real-world skills training.

– Pre-Release VR CTE Program

The centerpiece of this initiative is our Pre-Release Virtual Reality Career & Technical Education (VR CTE) Program, a revolutionary approach to rehabilitation and reentry.

Immersive VR: Equipped with MetaQuest3s cutting-edge VR headsets, incarcerated participants will access high-quality, hands-on CTE courses inside correctional facilities.
🔘Career & Financial Literacy: Our curriculum includes training in in-demand trades, digital literacy, and financial education, ensuring inmates are job-ready and financially informed.

Industry-Recognized Certifications: Participants can earn credentials that improve employability and help them compete in today’s workforce.
🔘Reentry Support: After completing the program, graduates receive:

🔘One-on-one mentorship
🔘Job placement support via employer partnerships committed to second chances

In light of the recent tragic shooting outside Club Amazura, (NOT THE RARE EVENT) our top priority remains the safety and well-being of our youth and community.

After careful consideration, we were blessed to avoid any mishaps so we have made the decision to move the Charity Event to a new venue that ensures a safe and welcoming environment for our kids.

We are committed to delivering an incredible experience with an exciting new lineup while prioritizing security and peace of mind for all attendees.
