Living in a short term rehab facility while recovering from illness, injury, or surgery can be a stressful time.

Though lots of patients tell us the Methodist Home feels like home when you walk through the door, it is still a new environment filled with unfamiliar faces.

Our goal is always to help our short stay residents return safely home, and managing stress and supporting mental health is an important part of each patient's care plan.

At the Methodist Home, dining is an important part of the rehabilitation experience. 🍽️

Every patient receives a personalized meal plan designed by our care team to meet their medical needs and personal preferences - whether that means heart-healthy, diabetic-friendly, low-sodium, texture-modified meals, or something else.

We also offer freshly prepared options in our onsite bistro and host fun food-related activities like cooking clubs and social events.

We believe that mealtime should be safe, satisfying, and something everyone enjoys. ❤
