Start here ⬇️ She is the founder and owner of HEAL Creative Solutions LLC. HEAL Creative Solutions was birthed out of Sherrie’s own journey. After many years of childhood trauma, and a diagnosis that would slowly plunge her into physical darkness, she is gifted with a passion for walking people out of their own psychological, emotional, and spiritual darkness. She has a special heart to journey with those who may be experiencing deep soul wounds or mental and emotional problems. Sherrie believes in the amazing possibilities of change through counseling, compassion, empathy, accountability, and love. She has a special passion to serve people who have endured various kinds of trauma. Sherrie completed her undergraduate degree at Pillar College where she earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Counseling. She also earned an Associate’s degree in Biblical Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was awarded for exceptional leadership and presented with the Beverly Bush Award for Writing and rhetoric. Sherrie is currently completing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University where she will graduate in May 2020. Sherrie’s passion to see the broken, the hurting, the lonely, and the lost healed and set free is driven by her deep and committed love for Jesus Christ. Bermuda, a charity that advocates for people living with disabilities across the spectrum (physical, intellectual, developmental, and psychological). As part of the advocacy work, she has conducted workshops, seminars, and support groups the speak to the issues of this vulnerable population. Sherrie has been afforded the honour of speaking on various platforms from New York to Bermuda. Sharing the message of faith, hope, and perseverance.

You don’t have to start over in 2026—you get to continue.

This season isn’t about a magical January 1 reset. It’s about honoring the momentum, clarity, and quiet growth you’ve already earned this year. The mindset shifts. The boundaries you enforced. The tiny, consistent choices no one clapped for—but you kept going anyway.

If 2025 didn’t look the way you expected, that doesn’t mean you failed. It means your foundation is still forming and your becoming is still unfolding. Progress is happening in your awareness, your honesty, and your alignment, even when the results don’t shout it out loud.

Before the year ends, ask yourself:

“What part of my growth this year have I overlooked because it didn’t look the way I expected?”

Let the answer remind you: you’ve already turned the corner.

You’re not starting from scratch—you’re starting with experience, resilience, and momentum.

I was talking with a friend recently, sharing the direction I felt that I was going in life, but mostly in business. I found that with each disclosure they were unable to Simply support, but felt compelled to compare and a few times even diminish what I was saying. In the past, I had great difficulty in being honest when I felt unsupported. I always looked for the flaw in me. I always considered that maybe I was doing something wrong. In my own Evolution though, I now am honest that not everyone can know or support the growth and progress you are making. It is imperative to recognize the difference between healthy critique and someone else's insecurities. We are still friends, but I do recognize that they are not the person that I can share this level of intimacy with. And, that's okay. How about you? Are you clear and honest about who your closest friends are to you? Write your comments and let's talk about it some more.
