Hope Center Hope Center, a Centers Health Care facility, provides the Bronx community with the finest rehabilitation and skilled nursing services anywhere.

The Hope Center is a small facility focusing solely on providing care to those with AIDS. Our residents may also be dealing with substance abuse issues, gender identity issues, and may have physical or occupational therapy needs as well.
