🧠 Today is World Brain Day, a powerful reminder of just how important it is to care for our brains at every stage of life.

In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, we recently hosted a wellness session focused on Alzheimer's and dementia care, as well as caregiver support. From stress relief to movement-based Tai-chi healing, the event provided seniors and caregivers with valuable tools to support both their mental and physical well-being.

We’re proud to champion holistic care in our community, and we look forward to the upcoming sessions!
