Engage-Bronx is a joint outreach effort by the Montefiore Prevention Program (Bronx Community Health Network & Montefiore Medical Group) to provide access to high quality health care for the Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Queer, Transgender, & gender diverse communities in the Bronx & NYC. Our health centers (located throughout the Bronx) are caring places for you to feel comfortable and our doctors understand your needs and concerns. We provide ALL primary care health services including: general medical care, HIV/STD testing AND treatment, HIV treatment, PrEP (Truvada®) to help you stay HIV-negative, mental health treatment, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and more. We take most insurances & if you don't have insurance, no problem - you may qualify for free or low-cost care. Call, text, or email for more info!

Unfiltered is a docu-series style campaign with video episodes and shareable content that takes an intimate look into how New Yorkers engage with PrEP for HIV prevention and sexual health care.

Episodes include creative change-makers and is aimed at reaching communities of color through the tradition of oral history. The campaign seeks to raise awareness about PrEP for HIV prevention, reduce stigma around using PrEP, and connect New Yorkers to resources that will help them access PrEP and other sexual health resources.
