If you are recovering from an injury and want to start an exercise program, join us on Wed at 8:30 a.m. Using props to help with balance and flexibility... a true Gentle and Slow Yoga Program. Energetic and challenging at times going with the requests of the attendees. This is YOUR yoga class... Here to lead and grow in strength, flexibility and balance.

Parking on Avery or on Wednesday at Aldersgate UMC Carrolltonrrollton. Old Denton just south of Kroger. Same side of the street. Suggested donation at the churches is $5
