Be sure to join us tomorrow Wednesday 11/19 at 1 pm for chair yoga at Aldersgate UMC Carrollton. The church is closed next Wednesday for the holiday so we won’t be having yoga. That means you’ll need to join us on Tuesday at 7 pm at First United Methodist Church The Colony. Suggested donation is $5. Thank you. Namaste!

Practices open to the public. Monday at 9 a.m. Chair Yoga at Little Elm Senior Center - trust me, you'll get a good feel for yoga. Tuesdays at 7 pm at First United Methodist Church The Colony and Wednesdays at 1 pm at Aldersgate UMC Carrollton for chair yoga at both locations. Suggested donation at the churches is $5. Bring a friend and enjoy a practice. No judgment - just do what you can and want to do. Number 1 rule is KEEP BREATHING!

We practice tonight at 7 at First United Methodist Church The Colony Would you consider trying CHAIR YOGA? It's safe for everyone! No experience needed and you never have to do anything you don't want to do. No crazy standing on your head or putting your foot behind your head. We BREATHE and move gently. Some call it exercise. Some call it pt. Some call it YOGA.
We do stand if you can and want to its up to you. No judgment! Suggested donation is $5. Bring a friend you'll both enjoy it!
Prefer an afternoon practice? Wednesdays at 1 we meet at Aldersgate UMC Carrollton Same Chair Yoga practice idea. Not the same practice as Tuesday night, just in case you want to try both :)

We offer Chair Yoga on Mondays at 9 am at Little Elm Senior Center. Also on Tuesdays at 7 pm at First United Methodist Church The Colony and on Wednesdays at 1 pm at Aldersgate UMC Carrollton Suggested donations at the churches is $5. I also serve at Senior Living Centers. If you know of a person in an over 55 establishment and they are looking for a yoga instructor, please let them know about Yoga in The Colony. Always looking to share the benefits of yoga.
