Know that you are not alone in your grief. Hear how others are coping. And learn that Christ alone can heal that huge hole in your heart. ❤️

If you are going to be late, please text me early so I can set up a chair for you. Honor those in the practice who arrive early to set up and get settled. Yoga is all about finding that balance between a busy day and a calming evening. Thanks for understanding
