We are a small boutique nursing home located in our namesake city of The Dalles, OR. The Dalles is a fantastically fun community that is nationally known for spectacular recreation and leisure activities. Meet our exceptional Director of Nursing Services, Leana Tennison. Leana leads the nursing team and resident care at our CMS 5-star rated Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility. She oversees the care of over 40 residents with unwavering dedication, working tirelessly day, night, and weekends to ensure smooth operations. You will often find Leana on the floor, collaborating closely with the direct care staff to ensure the highest quality of care. Outside of work, Leana enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and her fur babies. Her warm smile and compassionate nature make her a beloved figure among residents and staff alike. Leana was honored as Oregon Nurse Leader of the Year in 2021, a testament to her exceptional leadership and commitment to nursing excellence.
