I may have acquired a few more crystal bowls. 💕 I have been getting my space set up at home and am loving it. I think if I get any more instruments I may need to move it to the BIG room upstairs! So happy to keep moving forward with sound healing and continuing to learn and grow in it. It is so soothing and grounding.

Breathe, relax and float! New group sound bath at The Dalles Athletic Club. You can reserve a SUP, bring your own floatie or pool noodles. If you want to stay on dry land, we have 6 zero-gravity chairs that can be reserved. 💕

We are always on the go, always busy and never have time to just sit down and let our mind relax. Let’s have a little fun and at the same time allow our body and mind some time to let go of the stress and anxiety.

✨ Sound is a powerful healing tool that has been used for thousands of years. There are many healing benefits from sound therapy including pain relief, relaxation, improved quality of sleep, better mood, opening of the energy pathways in our bodies and balancing our energy.
