Do you want your dreams of success to materialize? In this world, right now, there is so much chaos and mis-communication making it difficult to trust, exchange ideas and foster understanding. Ki Communicating is communicating on a deeper level. A level that goes beyond words and began a conversation HEART TO HEART. Understanding what you are saying to others and approaching differences with compassion is the key to changing the world. We can do this one person at a time. Be all you can be. You have so much to give and receive. At one of my seminars or workshops I will help you change your perspective, change you beliefs about communication skills and therefore changed your life. Success is achieved by learning who you are and how you can best communicate and with that said you can change the world.

Improve the Digestion of BEANS.....Beans are a Super Food that people around the world use daily. In our Simply Mind and Body Workshops we explain the many benefits of beans and invariably someone brings up flatulence. Beans contain two unusual starches-- stachyose and raffinose. These two starch molecules are not broken down by the starch-digesting enzymes found normally in the digestive tract. Therefore, they must remain in the digestive tract longer to come in contact with certain bacteria, which then brake down the bacteria, which then break down these starches to carbon dioxide and hydrogen. There you have it GAS! Here are a couple of things you can do to improve your bean digestion: 1. Wash beans thoroughly. Pace in a bowl. Cover beans with water 2 inches above the beans. Let stand at room temperature fro 8 hours, then drain water. 2 Freeze, soaked, and drained beans, which will break up the troublesome starch molecules. 3. Place frozen beans in a large pot with plenty of water to double the volume of the beans. Bring water to a boil. Boil uncovered about 10 minutes . Drain off water. Replace with fresh water. Add any vegetables, onions etc. Cook until done. 🌶️

Yummy and easy to make the family all fell for this one! Olay Sweet Potato Enchiladas

1/2 cup vegetable broth, divided
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
2 cups black beans, chopped in food processor
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
Seas salt to taste
10 large tortillas
1 jar of your favorite salsa

Preheat the oven to 350 F

Heat 2 tablespoons of the vegetable broth. Add the onion and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent. Add the coriander and cumin. Cook for 1 minute, stir constantly.

Add the remaining vegetable broth, spinach, beans, soy sauce, and sweet potatoes. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat and season with salt.

Place 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mixture in the center of a tortilla. Roll into a burrito and place in a nonstick baking dish.
Once all the burritos are assembled, pour you favorite salsa on top and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings
