On September 11th, we came together to honor and thank our local first responders at our annual appreciation BBQ. The turnout was incredible, and it was so heartwarming to see our residents sharing stories and laughter with the brave men and women who serve our community every day. Thank you to every firefighter, police officer, paramedic, and dispatcher who joined us. We truly appreciate your dedication and sacrifice. It was an unforgettable day, and we're already looking forward to next year!

A Sparkling Success: Our Wheelchair and Walker Wash!

What a wonderful day we had last week at our Wheelchair and Walker Wash, sponsored by the incredible team at Bristol Hospice!

The sun was shining and so were the wheels as residents brought their walkers and wheelchairs by for a good scrub. It was a fantastic turnout, filled with smiles, laughter, and sparkling clean equipment.

A huge thank you to Bristol Hospice for their support and for helping us keep everone rolling smoothly. We loved seeing so many of you there!

The smiles say it all! Our 30th Anniversary bash at Flagstone was an absolute hit, and the caricature artist was definitely a crowd-pleaser. Everyone had a great time getting their caricatures done, and the results were hilarious! Such a fun way to celebrate!

Kudos to our resident Big Jim for leading a fantastic cooking demonstration last week! We learned how to make his famous Rice Crispy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars, and they were absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed seconds, and the residents loved having the opportunity to get involved in the kitchen.

What a fantastic experience at Cedar Creek Alpaca Farm! We got to get up close and personal with the sweetest alpacas (over 20 of them!), and it was so interesting to see the whole process of turning their fleece into yarn through spinning and weaving. The farm is absolutely beautiful. To top it all off, we enjoyed a relaxing picnic lunch at a scenic rest area off Hwy 14, with stunning views of the Columbia River. Highly recommend a visit!

Our Flagstone Gala is coming up in May, and we need your help to make it a night to remember! We're looking for donations of gently used formal dresses and tuxedos.

If you have any attire you'd love to see have a second life, please bring them to Angela at Flagstone Senior Living during normal business hours. Deadline for donations is May 1st!
