Running a small fitness studio means every open day matters—but so do the people in our community, both here in The Dalles and across the country.

This Friday, January 30, we’ll be open, and we’ll be donating 10% of all sales to the Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition (PIRC). PIRC is a local organization that supports immigrants and their families through education, rapid response efforts, legal advocacy, and community organizing throughout Oregon.

We stand together in support of immigrants everywhere. We also support our neighboring downtown businesses and their decision to close this Friday in solidarity ❤️

You’ll flow through a fun, beginner-friendly barre workout designed for all levels—no prior barre experience required. Expect good vibes, great music, and a little friendly burn as you move side-by-side with your boo.

After class, stick around to mingle and unwind with light refreshments and Valentine’s treats. It’s the perfect way to sweat together, laugh together, and celebrate love (or just leg day 😉).
