Is excited to introduce our new sound lounge and red light treatments to our spa. Our sound table is here finally. Sound therapy is great for calming the nervous system, people struggling with higher stress levels, insomnia, PTSD, and other stresses on the nervous system. Missy LMP at The wellsprings medi spa, So I roll played client yesterday. I spent 1 hour in our soak/sauna/cold plunge room and it was amazing. My muscles were extremely sore from my morning workouts, my body felt so much better afterwards and completely detoxed. I would like to offer our clients this same amazing experience.
