Now Hiring: Clinical Director / Lead Clinician (1099 Contract – Full-Time)
A growing outpatient mental health practice is seeking a licensed clinician to provide clinical oversight while maintaining an active caseload.
This is a 1099 contract position, ideal for a self-motivated clinician who enjoys both direct client care and supporting a team of providers.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-time, flexible
Billable Requirement: Minimum of 30+ billable hours per week
Compensation
75–80% of billed services for clinician’s caseload
$400/month stipend ($100/week) for clinical oversight duties
(Stipend begins after full caseload and billing are established)
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and support to therapists
Review treatment plans and progress notes for quality and compliance
Offer clinical guidance and consultation as needed
Maintain an active caseload of 30+ billable hours per week
Assist with additional duties as the role evolves (new and developing position)
Qualifications
Active Oklahoma license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Approved Clinical Supervisor in Oklahoma (or eligible to become one)
Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
Knowledge of insurance billing, including Medicaid/SoonerCare, is a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
