Our theater doors opened, and the WBV Book Lovers Group welcomed author Steve Burt for a live reading! Theme of the day? “Beware of the Butterflies.”

Watercrest residents listened intently, and of course, were excited to greet the author. It was an afternoon of inspiration and the simple joy of storytelling, thanks Steve! 📚🦋

WBV's Annual Community Art Show at was a blast! Our residents and local artists filled the Independent Living area with beautiful work, while live music set the mood and delicious snacks kept the convos going. Yet again, everyone was very impressed by the talent right here in our own community! 🎨🎶🥂

Honoring a century of Phil's life and legacy!

Our beloved Phil turned 100 here at WBV, and Aubrey’s live set of his favorites made the room fill with dancing! Surrounded by his loved ones, friends, and Watercrest family, our oldest neighbor and proud veteran shared an afternoon of well-deserved celebration. Happy 100th, Phil! 🎂🇺🇸

A chocolate fountain took center stage as WBV residents compared “extra drizzle” vs. “max crunch” styles. This is sweet-and-salty fun, just the way we like it! 🍫🥨

Our residents, associates, and families from WBV walked in honor of those living with Alzheimer's and in remembrance of our loved ones. The day reminded us why we keep showing up, and we want to share a big thank you to everyone who joined us for this beautiful cause and to the Alzheimer's Association for the work you do!

WBV had a pink day to kick off ! We stood with survivors and families, remembered our loved ones, and kept early detection + ongoing research in focus. Thank you to everyone who wore pink and showed what support looks like when a community shows up! 💗
