Are your actions aligned with your goals?

This is a powerful question you can ask yourself this coming week when you find yourself in moments of procrastination / low motivation / overwhelm ๐Ÿ’ญโœจ

Of course, rest is certainly an action that aligns with your goals. Itโ€™s an important variable in training, as well as in mindset and energy work.

But there is a difference between deliberate rest and deliberate laziness. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

So, to become fully conscious of that deliberate difference, ask yourselfโ€”

Youโ€™ve got to train according to your GOALS!

If you want to improve your headstandโ€” you need to strengthen your core, stabilize + strengthen your scapula, and strengthen your upper body. And COMMIT to your headstand practice by doing at least one a day.

If you want to be a better runnerโ€” RUN! Practice your intervals, stretch your lower extremities, push past your ventilatory thresholds, show up for yourself.

You want to build muscles? Progressively overload your system, up your protein intake, stretch your muscles, rest to recover.

You CAN do it. You can do it with more efficiency and efficacy if you have a proper plan โœจ

Slowing down to achieve more ๐Ÿ’ญโœจ

Itโ€™s so important for me to have a balance of work and rest. Both deliberately.

Before I sit down to do some deep work ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป I always make sure I am in the right state โ€” inspired!!

If youโ€™re taking action when you donโ€™t feel inspired, you might as well stop. You can become easily frustrated, or not have your work be as efficient and effective as it really can be.

So... take 5 minutes, tune yourself to that frequency of inspired action, ease, flow, enjoyment, betterment for all involved, etc.

It helps tremendously. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

1. Is this making me truly happy?
2. Is this contributing to the peace, progress, & prosperity of my life?

Do you wake up feeling unlimited? ๐Ÿ’ญโœจ

If not, an important question to ask yourself is: what are the limits I am setting for myself?

You donโ€™t have to know all of the howโ€™s or answers right now. They will reveal themselves along your path. The path becomes clearer and clearer when you are on your path of lease resistance.

A good first step is getting clear on is in which direction youโ€™re going to progressively move forward, whoโ€™s walking along (motivating, supporting, contributing) with you, and how much baggage youโ€™re willing to bring along with you.

Let me tell you, itโ€™s easier when you release & put down the things that donโ€™t serve you on your journey (limiting beliefs, habitual thought patterns, emotional poisons, stagnant energy).

So lighten your loadโ€” your shift in momentum, habits you create, path of most allowance, & the company you keep will help guide you. ๐Ÿ’ญ
