A part-time nursing position (RN or LPN) will become available in The Villages around May 1st. The position requires a commitment of three days per week, 8am-11am. Retired nurses seeking supplemental income may find this opportunity appealing. Due to my friend's relocation north, I will share her contact information with interested individuals. Please send a private message to learn more.

I have had many versions of Butternut Squash Soup before, but this is my favorite. So delicious!

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

1 tsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
½ cup carrots, diced
½ lb. of butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp fresh thyme
¼ tsp white pepper (I never use, I use black pepper)
1 qt organic vegetable broth

Saute onion, celery and carrot in olive oil in medium pot over medium heat until onion is golden, add squash and cook 5 more minutes. Add stock and seasonings; simmer over low heat 30 minutes or until squash is soft and breaks apart with fork. Cool slightly. Puree soup in blender until smooth
Makes 6 servings.

Last time I made it, I cut squash in half and baked in over until soft. Then peeled it and cut it up and added it to the soup as the other veggies were simmering in the broth. Much easier.
I like to double the ingredients for more soup. If you add too much broth, it is too thin.
ENJOY!

Arthritis is often associated with aging, but the true cause is inflammation—not the passage of time. The foods we consume can significantly contribute to inflammation in the body, ultimately leading to joint pain and conditions like arthritis. Diets high in processed foods, refined oils, and unhealthy fats are major culprits in increasing inflammation.

By reducing the intake of inflammatory foods like fried snacks, processed meats, and sugary treats, you can manage and even prevent arthritis. Instead, focus on whole, anti-inflammatory foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and omega-3 rich fish. These natural foods help reduce inflammation, easing joint pain and promoting overall health.

Take control of your health by eliminating foods that contribute to inflammation. Small dietary changes can make a big impact on your joint health and mobility. 🥗🦴

NEW ARTICLE: IVERMECTIN Tested against 28 types of Cancer - which cancers were most sensitive to Ivermectin? Which were least sensitive?

A research group from Mexico investigated Ivermectin in Cancer

Paper: 2020 (Juarez et al) - Antitumor effects of ivermectin at clinically feasible concentrations support its clinical development as a repositioned cancer drug.

this paper is behind a paywall, not accessible to the general population

Ivermectin was tested at 2mg/kg/day which translates to roughly 5uM in vitro concentration

The most sensitive cancer cell lines were:
1. Ovarian
2. Breast
3. Glioblastoma
4. Lung Cancer
5. Colon Cancer
6. Uterine SCC
7. hepatocellular
8. breast TNBC
9. Pancreatic
10. Endometrial

Least sensitive were:
1. osteosarcoma
2. gastric
3. melanoma

Although lymphoma and leukemia cell lines appear to be more resistant to Ivermectin, Ivermectin has a significant impact on those cells' ability to form colonies.

So yes, Ivermectin is useful against BOTH lymphomas and leukemias.

Ivermectin also goes after CANCER STEM CELLS, which tend to be resistant to chemotherapy:

“Ivermectin has a preferential depletion effect on the cancer stem-like cell population…”

“We observed that among all the evaluated cell lines, a decrease in cell viability and clonogenicity is more evident in the cancer stem-like cells than in their parental population.”

KEY findings of this study:

At a human dose of 2mg/kg, Ivermectin can achieve anti-cancer effects such as cell cycle arrest (inhibit proliferation), preferrential inhibition of cancer stem-like cells, synergize with several chemotherapy drugs and inhibit tumor growth in a breast cancer mouse model.

Remember: Turbo Cancers caused by Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA Vaccines are very resistant to chemotherapy. Ivermectin can overcome this chemo resistance.

This is the first study I've seen that has tested as many as 28 Cancer types with Ivermectin. Incredible.

No wonder it's hidden from the public.
