✨As chiropractors, we often get asked about tools you can use at home to support your adjustments. The foam roller is one of our favorites!
When done correctly, foam rolling (or self-myofascial release) can be a fantastic way to:
✅ Relieve muscle tension and soreness ✅ Increase flexibility and range of motion
✅ Improve circulation to your muscles
Pro Tip: Think "slow and controlled." Avoid rolling directly over your spine or joints. Instead, focus on the fleshy, muscular areas. Find a tender spot? Pause there for 20-30 seconds and BREATHE. This helps the muscle release.
Foam rolling is a great complement to your chiropractic care, helping your body hold its adjustments better and longer.
