Giving Clubs Showcase
Saturday, October 25th, 2025, from 10am - 2 pm
Everglades Recreation Center

The Villages, Florida is home to dozens of clubs and organizations that spread kindness by focusing on giving back to the community, our region, and the world at large. The Giving Clubs Showcase has been the premiere event for several years.

The Acknowledging Acts of Kindness Club, and It Takes a Village sponsor two of these each year, one in the winter and one in the fall. This fall our event will be at the Everglades Recreation Center on October 25th at Everglades and the winter one will be at Lake Miona Recreation Center on Saturday, February 7th. Each event showcases from 50-60 groups that give of themselves to create kindness in our community.

This is open to the public and one of the most exciting events of the year. If you are interested in getting involved or would just like some information on the creative things these groups are doing to spread kindness, come on out. You will be glad you did!

Our Celebrate Dads group traded the frying pans for paddles! 🏓🍳
We stayed out of the kitchen and into the kitchen (pickleball style 😆) — learning some killer moves, a few questionable serves, and having a blast doing it. Way to go, Dads! 💪😂 Shout out to Rick Estes for the lesson!
