What I wish every parent knew 🤍
Today I sat down with Kellye Skaer of Milk & Mom, and her message is one every parent deserves to hear:
Breastfeeding is guided by an intuitive system—both for mom and baby. It’s not just about feeding… it’s the very first place your baby learns trust, safety, and connection.
And while it’s natural, that doesn’t mean it’s always easy.
If breastfeeding isn’t feeling functional or something seems off, get curious. You deserve support in finding it. Don’t hesitate to talk with your provider and ask questions.
You and your baby were designed for this, but you were never meant to figure it out alone. 🤍
