Hi sweet friends 🤍✨

It’s been a little while since I’ve been on here. Lately my heart and energy have been wrapped up in family time and homemaking, and it’s been really grounding. But I wanted to hop on and gently remind everyone that classes are still happening.

Our Mommy & Me class is every Tuesday at 9:30 AM — such a sweet mid-week reset.

(We will be closed on December 9th, so mark your calendars.)

I hope your Thanksgiving was full of warmth, and that you’re able to move slowly, softly, and intentionally through this holiday season and into the New Year. 🍂✨

Not about perfect steps or polished moves — but about shaking off the day, laughing at ourselves, and remembering the joy of being in our bodies.

This is a space for women of every season of life — moms, daughters, grandmas — to come together in movement, connection, and freedom. A place to be goofy, to release the need for control, and to dance like no one is watching (because here, no one is judging 💛).

Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared space in our pop-up Mommy & Me class trial.

It’s been such a joy connecting with you and your little ones. 🌸

For now, we’ll be keeping our weekly Tuesday morning class as our anchor offering. I’m excited to keep building community there and look forward to seeing you and your littles on the mat. 💫

We’ll revisit the idea of adding more classes in the new year — and I can’t wait to keep dreaming up ways for us to move, breathe, and grow together.

Motherhood has been my greatest teacher in surrender and acceptance — reminding me that things don’t always go as planned, and that’s okay.

Tomorrow at Mommy & Me, we’ll practice moving with that same grace, meeting our bodies and babies exactly where they are. 💛

I even baked some homemade banana bread to share — perfectly imperfect, just like our days together. 🫶

My heart is so full after today’s class 🥹💛 There’s just something so special about moving, breathing, and laughing alongside our Littles — watching them explore, connect, and play while we fill our own cups, too.

These mornings remind me why I love what I do… the giggles, the tiny stretches, the chaos, the cuddles — all of it. 🐻🌿
